Exhibitor Information

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION.
Exhibit spaces will be available only to the sponsors of the DISC Summit.  

BOOTH SPACE.  Exhibit spaces include a 6-foot table, two chairs and electricity.  Total space width approximately 8 feet.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN:

• October 29 from 2:00-4:00 pm, exhibitors have the opportunity to set-up in advance of the October 30th event.  Note: your display and materials will be in a general common area, unattended.  The venue will lock and secure the building in the evening. 
• OR you may set-up your exhibit space October 30th as early as 7:00 am. 

DRESS ATTIRE:  Business casual.

Shipments will not be accepted until 3 days prior to event day due to storage limitations.

Please note:  No signs, merchandise or any other items are to be pinned, stapled or otherwise
attached to any property without  pre-approval.  Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage or loss of materials placed on the show floor. Exhibit spaces will not be pipe and draped.  All items must be freestanding.
