Case Studies
During the Case Studies: Presenting Your Company and Technologies to Federal Agencies session, four selected companies will each have five minutes to pitch their innovative technology solutions, followed by five minutes of questions and feedback from government representatives. This interactive and dynamic format provides a unique opportunity for companies to showcase their cutting-edge solutions and receive valuable, direct feedback from key government decision-makers. Attendees will gain insights into what the government is looking for, increasing their chances of successful collaboration and business growth within the federal marketplace.
Process:
- Review the DEFTECH TIDE Request For Information (RFI) at DEFTECH TIDE Program
- Submit a quad chart (use the template provided) and a one-page white paper focusing on the technology area of interest in the RFI.
- Submissions not utilizing the quad chart template and/or after the submission deadline will not be reviewed.
- More than one quad chart submission is encouraged: Ensure each quad chart submission solves a unique defense or homeland security problem.
- All applications will be submitted via email to gilroyt@ncmbc.us
- Submissions are due Friday, October 4, 2024 by 5:00 PM EST.
- Notifications will occur Wednesday, October 9, 2024 by 5:00 PM EST.
Target technologies include but are not limited to: Aerospace, Supply Chain, Land Vehicles, Maritime, Advanced Engineering Materials, Advanced Gas Turbine Engine Technologies, Advanced Manufacturing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Autonomous Systems and Robotics, Human-Machine Interfaces, and Hypersonics.

- Advanced Materials Manufacturing (Raleigh, NC). Advanced Materials Manufacturing has reinvented metal with a Composite Metal Foam (CMF) that outperforms traditional materials in today’s market. The new branch of lightweight metals will revolutionize the materials industry, promoting innovation and advancement in the process.

- WT&C Innovates, Inc. (Greensboro, NC). WT&C Innovates, Inc. is a business development company that works with ARIS, Inc., the inventor of ALEC2, a new ceramic composite material. Our specialties include delivering cutting-edge solutions for marine, aerospace, electrified transportation, and fireproof applications.
